Knots Interior will assess eligible return requests fairly and according to the Return & Refund Policy. This page does not create an unconditional refund or money-back right.
Eligible non-custom returns
A return request for an eligible non-custom product must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused, unaltered and in its original packaging. The customer pays tracked return shipping. A refund is processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Made-to-order and customized products
Swings are handcrafted and made to order. A 50% advance payment confirms the order, and the advance becomes non-refundable once production begins. Customized or modified products are non-returnable except for a verified wrong item or transit-damage claim.
Transit damage
For transit damage, record an unboxing or damage video and send it within 72 hours of delivery to WhatsApp +923289735417 with the order number and purchaser name. After verification, Knots Interior will arrange an exchange.
