What we can confirm
We can confirm whether the order is awaiting confirmation, in production, prepared for dispatch or dispatched. Tracking details are shared when the order is dispatched.

Estimated timelines
Made-to-order swings are estimated at 20–40 calendar days. Small home décor items are estimated at 7–15 calendar days. These are estimates and may vary because of production or carrier conditions.

Protect your information
Do not post your order number, address, phone number or payment details publicly. Knots Interior will not ask for passwords or one-time verification codes when providing an order update.
