Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Knots Interior in Pakistan. By placing an order, you confirm that the product details, size, colour, price and delivery information have been reviewed and accepted.

Orders and payment

Swings are handcrafted and made to order. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm a swing order. The remaining balance is payable on delivery where that payment option has been confirmed for the order. Once production begins, the advance payment is non-refundable.

For customized or modified products, the confirmed specifications form part of the order. Please review all measurements, colours and installation requirements before approving production.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery for made-to-order swings is 20–40 calendar days. Estimated delivery for small home décor items is 7–15 calendar days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking details will be shared when an order is dispatched.

Returns and exchanges

Eligible non-custom products may be requested for return within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Customized or modified products are non-returnable except when the wrong item is delivered or transit damage is verified.

For transit damage, the customer must record an unboxing or damage video and send it within 72 hours of delivery to WhatsApp +923289735417. An exchange will be arranged after verification.

Product use and installation

Customers are responsible for confirming that the intended ceiling, beam, stand or mounting point is suitable for the selected swing and weight capacity. Professional installation is recommended. Knots Interior is not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable mounting, incorrect installation, misuse or unauthorized alterations.
