Will the swing hold my weight?

Yes. Every swing is hand-knotted from imported 4mm polypropylene rope and hangs from an 18-gauge iron pipe bracket. The 28-inch size is rated to 110kg, and the larger sizes go up to 150kg.

How do I install it?

It hangs from the wall bracket that comes with it, or from a single ceiling hook. Fit into a joist or use a rated wall plug — never into plasterboard alone. Fitting instructions are included.

How does payment work?

You choose. Reserve with 40% now and pay the rest in cash when it arrives, or pay in full up front and we start production first. The price is the same either way — nothing is added for paying later.

How long until I receive it?

Every piece is hand-knotted to order, so allow 30 to 40 days from the day your payment clears.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, and delivery is free anywhere in Pakistan. Your piece is filmed before it leaves us and the dispatch video is sent to you on WhatsApp.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because each piece is made by hand specifically for you, we cannot cancel or exchange once production has begun. Message us on WhatsApp before you confirm if anything is unclear.
