  3. Use the order number and payment details provided to transfer the 50% booking amount.
  4. Send your payment receipt and order number to our WhatsApp team.
  5. We verify your payment and confirm your booking. Pay the remaining 50% on delivery.

Amounts are based on your selected size and quantity. Eligible discounts, delivery charges and taxes are confirmed at checkout. Your order summary shows the full order value.

What about size, colour and installation?

Before paying, share your chosen size, preferred colour and installation location with our WhatsApp team. Confirm the cushions, bracket and hardware included, any additional charges, and installation arrangements. Mounting requirements must be checked for your location.

When will my swing arrive?

Estimated delivery: 15–30 days. Confirm the schedule for your address with our team before paying.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
